Rates, Quotes & Payment

Transportation rates may vary depending on factors such as distance, freight characteristics, service requirements, scheduling, market conditions, and other operational considerations.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a quote should not be considered a guarantee for services or circumstances outside the scope of the original request. Payment terms will be established through the applicable rate confirmation, service agreement, invoice, contract, or other written agreement.

Claims & Service Concerns

Customers should report freight damage, loss, delivery discrepancies, or other service concerns as soon as reasonably possible. Claims will be reviewed according to the applicable transportation agreement, bill of lading, governing law, and any other applicable requirements.
